How long does setup take?
On average 1–3 business days. It depends on the number of marketplaces and product volume. Our technical team actively supports you during the migration — no extra IT staff required.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Pazarama, Çiçeksepeti, Amazon, Etsy, PttAVM, Temu, Shein, LC Waikiki, Shopify, WooCommerce, Faprika, Ticimax, ePttAVM and more — 14+ platforms. We can also build custom integrations.
How do I migrate my existing products?
Bulk import via Excel / CSV. Product list, stock, prices, variants and order history — all migrate in one shot, no data loss. You can also pull products via API from your existing marketplace.
Can over-selling happen?
No. The moment an order comes in, stock drops simultaneously across all marketplaces. The last unit cannot be sold twice on two channels — real-time sync prevents it.
Is the mobile app free?
Yes. Our iOS and Android apps are included in all plans. Download free from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your existing account.
Can I work with multiple staff members?
Yes, unlimited users. Define role-based permissions: warehouse (shelves only), sales (orders only), accounting (invoices only), admin (everything). Multi-tenant architecture keeps company data fully isolated.
I have 2 stores on the same marketplace — can I manage both from one account?
Yes. Sakans Connect supports multi-store — if you have two seller accounts on Trendyol, products, stock and orders for both are managed separately under one panel. The stores don't mix; you can compare them whenever you want.
I have 2 separate companies — can invoices be issued separately?
Yes. Our multi-company (multi-tenant) architecture lets you manage different legal entities (different tax numbers) under one account, with separate e-Invoice / e-Archive per company. Data is fully isolated between companies; accounting never crosses over.
